My elderly step father took his 2010 Ram 1500 here for a water pump. They charged him $360 for the pump, $49 for a gasket, $88 for antifreeze, and $72 for a thermostat. Then $530 in labor. Nearly. $1100 for a water pump. Kbb shows fair price is between $550 and $670. He had the same work done there a few years back and it was $530 and that included a new serpentine belt. If you want to waste your money, this is a good place to do it.

Do not get your vehicle repaired here. Complete rip off. Replaced alternator did not even hook it back up, and harness was damaged. Charged $1050 for $50 part and probably a hour labor. I will not even give this dealer the satisfaction of ever selling me a vehicle. I highly do not recommend this dealership. Wish I could give a zero rating.

Service wanted me to buy their part instead of taking the time to actually look at my part (which is brand new and been on my truck less than two monts). They ran a test with their meter and never looked at the actual problem and quoted me almost $900 without ever looking at anything. This type of service is very off-putting and frankly bad business for a locally owned company. Unfortunately, I will have to travel out of town and give my money and business to another company. Sometimes, in small towns you only get one chance to earn a person's business, and this may have been that one time. It truly is a shame.

Recently bought a new vehicle and only have 5,000 miles on it. As I'm driving through Tahlequah it shows that all 4 tire sensors went out and wouldn't exceed 25 MPH. I walk into the shop and ask if they can help with this. They tell me that they don't have an opening and that they won't be able to help until the next day. Then the other gentleman sitting with him tells me that I just need to air up the tires because of the weather change. I ask if they will put me in a service loaner vehicle for the time being and they tell me that they cannot. I asked and said "So I have a vehicle that is well within it's warranty and you guys aren't willing to help me fix the vehicle I purchased?" He said "We're unable to do anything at this time". Needless to say I will never visit this dealership again.

While on vacation approaching Tahlequah, the AC in my car was not cooling at all. I called Nix service dept and asked about getting it fixed. We set up a time for the next afternoon. I arrived at the time, they took the car in immediately. They recharged the AC. I'm happy they could get me in and not waste a whole day of my vacation.
