Had a great experience at Norfolk Chevrolet GMC, Alex the sales associate (the corvette guy) was outstanding. Love my new corvette and the customer service experience really was the decision maker of purchasing from this dealership. Look forward to many future purchases

I normally dread having to go to dealerships for vehicle repairs. It’s often an expensive and slow process. But Zach made this experience different! He was extremely polite and easy to talk to, he explained things to me in ways I could understand, and the service was excellent! The most amazing part is that Zach went out of his way to spot that the issue we had come in for was actually covered by a warranty we had paid for when we bought the vehicle. Usually I’m skeptical of those warranty plans because rarely do services fall under them. Not only did Zach notice it, he did the paperwork to make it happen and called to tell me the good news! I was so impressed with the whole process and Zach’s genuine car for me as a customer. We are going to soon be shopping for a new vehicle and now I wouldn’t go anywhere other then this Chevy dealership!

I loved the ease of setting an appointment online. I loved that you were ready to get my vehicle in right away and that the wait was not long. I loved that you took the time to show me the two air filters pulled and asked if I wanted them replaced - this had a multifaceted benefit in that it makes me feel like I am an informed part of the process and it makes me feel like I have some control and agency - even though I absolutely have no idea what I am looking at when I look at an air filter and have absolutely no idea what a slightly dirty vs an insanely dirty one looks like. So a great sales tactic - and the tech did not feel "salesy" which was great. The seating/waiting area was spacious and comfortable, and I appreciate the easy access to plug in and charge a phone if needed. Frankly - I think you guys could be teaching a master class in excellent service!

Unprofessional environment and poor quality work ​This shop has severe internal issues. The environment is extremely cliquey, and there is clear discrimination and singling out diverse employees in the Express Lube area. ​On top of a terrible culture, the quality of service is unacceptable. Basic maintenance is consistently botched—including stripped drain plugs and left-untightened oil filters. I would not trust this place with any vehicle. Look elsewhere for service.

5 stars for Jamie. He’s sold me 2 vehicles so far. He’s honest and seems to genuinely care about his clients. I normally hate buying new vehicles and can be abrasive, but Jamie makes the process effortless and has impeccable follow-up.
