Norm Reeves Genesis of Cerritos

I had a great experience working with **Norm Reeves Genesis**, especially with Ernie Ramos (sales rep) & Vito Beato (sales manager). We visited several dealerships since my wife’s lease was ending and she wanted to check out the GV70. Out of all the places we went, this was by far the most comfortable experience. There was no pressure at all. Ernie really focused on what we actually needed and wanted, and guided us through the process like a professional. One thing that stood out was how well Ernie knew the car. He walked us through all the features and clearly explained the differences between trims, so we truly understood what we were getting. Also, I can be pretty picky when it comes to choosing the right car for my wife, and we test drove multiple vehicles. Ernie never showed any hesitation or made us feel uncomfortable or rushed. Unlike some other dealerships, he was patient the whole time and made it easy for us to take our time. Honestly, we even had a better deal from another brand (not Genesis), but we still came back here because of how we were treated. Ernie never tried to force anything. He just made everything smooth and easy. Also, thanks to Vito for helping us secure a great deal in the end. The level of service from both Ernie and Vito felt like what you would expect from a true luxury brand. I would definitely recommend stopping by if you are considering a Genesis. I will definitely be coming back when my next lease is up.

Julian Murillo, our salesperson, was terrific. He knows the cars and all the options thoroughly. In addition he is a lovely, friendly, professional person. He spent several hours with us as we had lots of questions and were unsure of what we wanted to do. To his credit he saw that and didn’t rush us. Found the exact car I wanted online. Since I live 1.5 hours away I negotiated most of the deal over the phone, which went smooth the salesperson, Lisa Lopez. Once I got there, Lisa showed us the car and after a little bit of back and forth we were able to put a deal together. Once I got the car home and in the daylight I realized it needed to be cleaned better. Thanks to the sales managers Ali and Vito, they agreed to drive and pick up the car and leave me a loaner while they detailed the car at no extra charge. It was a pretty great experience all the way around. I would recommend these guys if you're looking for a Genesis! Ask For Lisa!!
