Norm Reeves Genesis of Irvine

Me and my 2 friends came to check out the lot. I liked this white GV80 Prestige. Karan helped us and showed us a car we really liked. Manager Alina was very supportive and friendly, she was great. I really recommend Karan he is a positive and relatable salesperson. Thank you KARAN.

Read some of the more recent reviews and my experience was not the same. We had a dead battery and the only Genesis dealership in our county ran out of batteries. If you are unaware, the batteries for our GV70 can only be purchased from Genesis which is unfortunate, but I am writing about the great service we received from Jaclyn Fernandes in the service department. We were told by our local Genesis they didn't have any batteries and most likely it would be at least 8 days before they may get a battery to install into our car. Suffice to say we were not happy to hear they didn't have any batteries. Frantically we called around to Firestone, Costco and the AAA technician said we would need to contact Genesis. We called Genesis in Irvine and Jaclyn said we could bring our car to their facility that same day. After having the car jump started by AAA, we drove the Genesis located in Irvine and they immediately took our car and installed the battery and washed the car and vacuumed the interior. Since it was near lunchtime, they drove us to a nearby mall so we could get some food and they picked us up. We never received a link to leave any comments. I thought I would leave a review here due to the exceptional service we received and the prompt attention to a situation that would have left us without a functioning car for over a week. I guess not everyone's experience turned out as well as ours, but we are grateful for exceptional service we received. I don't leave many reviews, but thought this experience deserved to be posted. The battery wasn't cheap, but our original battery last a little over 4 years and now we know AAA, Firestore, Costco and everywhere else doesn't carry the battery for our GV70. Hopefully when we need another battery our local Genesis will do a better job of keeping an inventory of the batteries.

We had a great experience purchasing a pre-owned car for my dad. We worked with Deno and Sami, and they were both professional, communicative, and easy to work with throughout the process. We flew in from out of town, and while we initially had a few concerns regarding the vehicle, they addressed and resolved everything before any paperwork was signed, which we really appreciated. The process felt transparent and low-pressure. Overall, it was a smooth and positive buying experience, and we would definitely recommend working with them.

We had the good fortune of having Aysha help us at Norm Reeves Genesis. She was fantastic. Really knowledgeable about the vehicle we test drove. Provided us with great information, patiently answered all of our questions (even some by text after we left), and was not a high-pressure sales person. If we decide to purchase this particular vehicle Aysha is the ONLY person we’ll buy from. It was an unusually pleasant experience at a car dealership.

Oldest car salesman Tricks. Tried to add 6000 to msrp for dealer installed junk. Worth about $300 after making us wait an Hour to work up offer Would not negotiate in price without us committing to buying at unknown price. Salesman was great Sales manager was slimy. Said all the dealers added this and he could not get cat without this unwanted junk. Got another dealer to offer $10,000 less in 5 minutes.
