On March 1st we went to pick My wife's new palisade that we purchased the night before. We have been looking around for 2 family vehicles the Palisade and Ioniq9. We where only able to get hers at the time. On March 1st our salesman Tryse which whom I've been in contact throughout this hole process mentioned to us a sweet deal for the second vehicle. My wife and I where very excited and stayed alitle longer and took home 2 of the vehicles we originally wanted and needed. I had gone to this dealership and surrounding ones about 6 times just looking for the perfect vehicle's that fit our family needs. Sales people did not took me seriously when i would tell them I wanted 2 vehicle's. For some reason Tryse did. He was not pushy, he didn't try to show me any other type of vehicle's. He focused on getting us the best deal on the vehicle's we had informed him about. We test drove all sorts of vehicle's and based on looks,performance, reliability and warranties Hyundai was the best fit for us. Im very glad and thankful for such a great experience we've had at Cerritos of Hyundai. Id also like to thank his Sales manager and finance team. We are very thankful and happy with our vehicles.

Really appreciated straightforward pricing with Norm Reeves Hyundai. No BS mandatory dealer installed upsell hidden charges, and dealer discount off MSRP was quite a bit more than other dealerships I checked. I will say I was annoyed at being shown 5.39% loan during the initial sales rep phase which jumped to 6.39% during finance manager sit down, make sure to keep a copy of that payment breakdown paper with you! Personally, I didn’t let it stop the deal because I intend to pay off my loan ASAP, and I’m going to trust that was an honest mistake showing “as low as 5.39” but that could have broken the deal if I’d needed to take the full 60mo to pay off. He’s super down to earth and wasn’t pushy at all. He’s super honest and great at what he does!! Arthur head of finance was amazing as well, he made sure I walked out with my vehicle and that I was happy with my choice. He made the experience smooth and was very genuine. My sales person Elijah was just amazing. I visited several other car dealers and test drove cars but no sales person came close to providing the sales and test driving experience that Elijah provided. I am a very "thorough" buyer and I peppered him with countless questions and spent 4 days test driving cars and asking even more questions. Elijah was very knowledgeable and endlessly positive and patient. He was in contact with me but never pushy. If I needed some info - he was on it - even on his days off. He also made the buying process super efficient. I cannot recommend him high enough. Everyone should have the experience he provided when purchasing a car. His manager Chris and finance manager Tannaz were great to work with. Overall Norm Reeves Cerritos hit it out of the park!
