I had a great experience purchasing our vehicle. The entire team was friendly, patient, and incredibly family-oriented. I brought my three young children (ages 6, 4, and 2), and everyone was so kind and accommodating, which made the process much less stressful. I especially appreciated that there was no pressure or haggling. They were upfront and honest about pricing from the beginning and worked hard to help us find the best deal for our budget. A special thank you to Romy for providing excellent customer service throughout the process and to Devin, the finance advisor, for making everything clear and easy to understand. First off - I’m highly skeptical of car dealerships. We literally were out because we went and looked at a car in mesquite. It didn’t work out, so we found a car at this dealership. Drove out to rockwall and test drove the car we saw online. Unfortunately, the financing for this car ended up not being in our budget. Josh was helping us from the get go - but Karl happened to find a 2021 Subaru Legacy that someone had traded in. Beautiful car! And fell lower than our budget. Josh had so much knowledge on Subaru and their safety features, and every little thing about Subaru. Beyond impressive. If I could remember 1/4 of it - I’d put it here for any other skepticals out there. He made us feel so much better to going from a DIE HARD Honda/Toyota buyer - to owning our first ever Subaru. Karl was not very pushy, at all. And that’s typically what I’m used to with car dealerships. They don’t make you feel dumb about what you can afford or guilty for not taking a car that they offer. No secret fees. No “got me back to finance and the price changed $50 a month” b.s. never dealt with a dealership like this. With their transparency. Would totally work with Karl and Josh again. Can’t recommend them enough. Thank you Norm Reeves, Karl and Josh and poor Devon staying late for the financing! Yall are awesome!!!!

I bought my Subaru Ascent apx 6 yrs ago at this dealership & have continued coming here for all service & I’m ALWAYS 100% pleased when I leave! My service advisor is MIKE HOPE & he is the Best! He’s professional, knowledgeable, & has no problem explaining things if I ask questions. In fact, everyone I’ve ever had dealings with in this service department is absolutely amazing!
