I had been looking at several dealers to replace my wife's car and not once did I ever feel like their service was genuine. At Toyota of Norm Reeves San Diego, I was referred to Michael Hayner. We had been in prior communication and he knew what vehicle I was looking into. From the jump, 5 star already; I arrived, and right away we went on a test drive in a 2026 Toyota Grand Highlander, the vehicle that I was looking into. During the drive I was able to feel out what kind of "salesman" he was. Not once did he sound like a script. He was just a vibe. We got back to the dealer, and not once was Michael pushy about getting the vehicle. We explored my options, and he went above and beyond to help me out. He was very genuine, and didn't seem one bit greedy. A "commission" isn't what he was after. He was after a relationship to make sure I come back in the future, and as well as other family members . Fantastic experience buying a new Land Cruiser with Norm Reeves Toyota San Diego. Worked over the phone and text with Arvind Bakshi. Very responsive communication and the best pricing for this vehicle all over California. No games, no pressure to include add ons. I told him I wanted this vehicle and nothing else and he sent me the exact and correct breakdown of the price along with the fees I requested to see. Arvind and the team made my car buying extremely efficient. They sent online docs for me to sign ahead of time so the next day when I flew in, the signing of paperwork only took a few minutes as everything else was prepped ahead of time. Arvind took care of making my car buying experience amazing and easy. He also made sure that someone was available in the early evening on the day my shipper arrived to pick up my vehicle and do a proper hand off.
