I had a great experience at Norman Hyundai from start to finish. Marlo Rivera was incredibly welcoming and accommodating throughout the process and made everything easy. I really appreciated that the entire team jumped in to help get the car I ultimately purchased out of the showroom so I could take it for a test drive. The level of teamwork and customer service stood out! The finance process was also refreshingly smooth. I had mentioned that I didn’t want to spend hours going back and forth, and the finance team respected that and got straight to the point without wasting my time. Overall, a great experience all around and I’d definitely recommend Norman Hyundai and Marlo to anyone shopping for a vehicle.

I had the best experience buying my first brand new car. My car went out on me and the next day I went looking. Everything I wanted at other dealerships were bought and Hyundai helped me through every step of the way. I told Bryce where I wanted the payment to stay around and asked me what I wanted with features, color etc... They were very patient and accommodating and kind and listened to all my wants and needs. I would 100% recommend Hyundai in Norman and Bryce with your car shopping needs!!

I can truly say Norman Hyundai made a life long customer, after dealing with multiple not so savory dealerships and particularly one across the way "cough cough KIA".... Brian "Coach" at Norman Hyundai took great care of me! He was patient and kind after having to deal with my indecisiveness for days and figured out exactly what I needed in a vehicle and made it happen. My overall experience was a 10\10. I spent some time looking at cars and just not finding anything I loved, then I went to Norman Hyundai and worked with Gabe. He listened to my wants and needs, then presented me with an option I never would have considered. PLUS he was patient, answered my questions, understood my buying perimeters, and fought for me to get the deal I wanted. I am happy to say that I bought a (pre-loved) Mercedes GLB 250 from him!

I can genuinely say that my experience today was the best I’ve ever had buying a new car. From meeting the general manager Shane, who helped tremendously with my options and payments. Too Sonja, the sales woman who made the experience very enjoyable! Kaley in financing was absolutely amazing and helped the whole experience tie together with complete happiness. I’m so excited for my new car and so thankful I was referred to come. 10/10 will be buy from them again!!
