North Battleford Toyota

Buyer beware !! Contacted Rainbow Toyota on Friday , May 29 about a 2021 Toyota 4Runner on their lot . Spoke with Arris and negotiated a final price on the vehicle . Made the 1.5 hour drive to North Battleford to look at the 4Runner in person. Upon test driving it , noticed that the rear locker would not engage and would flash lights on dash indicating an error. Went back and got the salesman to show him what it was doing. He assured me that he would have the mechanic look at it on Monday . I left with the intent to purchase this vehicle once the issue was resolved . He did not ask me to leave a deposit until this was figured out or anything. I texted him first thing Monday morning to make sure it was going to be looked and he told me it had been briefly looked at by the mechanic on Friday . I then gave him a call Monday afternoon to see what was found out and he told me that the mechanic wanted to put it up on the hoist but could not get approval to do that until Wednesday when the service manager would be back from Halifax. I received a text Tuesday afternoon saying they sold the vehicle to someone else . I can’t help but feel that this place is shady and I am left confused as to how they sold a vehicle without fixing or figuring out what the problem was . I was communicating with them the by text and phone the entire time and they completely screwed me over and wasted my time !

We recently became owners of a gently used Toyota Highlander & when traveling from Alberta to PEI had an issue where we required assistance. Due to family living in North Battleford we drove straight to this dealership & they couldn’t have been more helpful. We arrived late afternoon, they listened patiently to the situation, did all the things they needed to do, put it on the hoist, fixed the issue & all at no charge! We were so impressed with their friendliness & service . Keep up the great work!!

Excellent Customer Service!! Cameron arranged to have the shuttle take me to work and pick me up when the work was done. The work was done on time and for the right price!

Very patient. They provide me with good service. My glasses was lost 2 days before my appointment and I can't use my car without it, so I cancel and book again after a week and they patiently waited. Furthermore, thanks to ate Jovie who gave me tips on how to operate the car. It's my first time owning one and im very greatful for her help. She even drive me to sgi for my plate. Worth buying my car.
