I don't write a lot reviews, but Joanna absolutely deserves one. I recently purchased an Escalade, and working with Joanna was honestly like the best car buying experiences I've had. She provided impeccable service from start to finish and was incredibly kind, patient, and attentive throughout the entire process. I had a lot of questions and looked at several different options, and she never made me feel rushed or pressured. What really stood out to me was how knowledgeable she was. She took the time to get to know me, listen to what I wanted, and understand my needs. From our conversations alone, she was able to identify exactly what I was looking for and guide me toward the right vehicle. She genuinely invested time in understanding my wants and priorities so that I could make the best decision for such an important purchase. I was especially impressed by the fact that she knew the vehicles inside and out. She was able to explain every feature, package, and option in a way that actually made sense. I had looked at other luxury SUVs before making my decision, and the difference in product knowledge was night and day. Joanna genuinely knew her cars and knew how to showcase them. Buying a vehicle is a major investment, especially at this price point, and I appreciated having someone who could answer every question confidently and honestly. When I picked up the truck, Joey took plenty of time to go through it and explain the features. The paperwork process was done in under 5 minutes. Really happy and impressed!
