I had an exceptional experience working with Mike Fava, who was warm, genuine, and easy to talk to from the start. His authenticity really stood out—I never felt pressured or “sold to,” which is rare in a commission-based environment. Instead, he took the time to understand my needs and patiently walked me through every option. His knowledge was impressive, and he was thorough in answering questions and explaining every detail. So i have quite a review for the service part of the Chrysler dealership. So i called them to bring my vehicle in for a COOLANT FLUSH (remember that). They told me to bring it in the night before, and i agreed to do so. The next day i get no call, and i have to call them 4 times to even get an answer on what’s going on. Finally at 4, an hour before closing, i have to yet again call them, and they said my car was finished. Perfect, i went in to go get it. I paid 400$ and got told the coolant was done, and they replaced to parts that were recalled. I also got quoted $1700 for an inspection that i told them NOT TO DO. We leave the dealership and i get a call from Kyle saying they NEVER did the coolant flush and i was absolutely stunned. All they did was an inspection that i told them multiple times NOT TO DO. I’m not sure where exactly this place got there license, but i think someone most definitely needs to look into it. I got a refund thankfully and will never EVER be returning there. They lost a whole family of costumers today. Kyle is a good guy and very polite, and did a good job correcting the issue but unfortunately i do not recommend this shop once so ever. They did the complete opposite that i told them to do. Crazy work guys.

DO NOT GO HERE! My daughter attends College in North Bay from Alberta and during the cold weather her Jeep Wrangler would not start. We had it towed here thinking the dealership would be the safest bet not being from Ontario. The service tech called and said there is over $6k in repairs to the suspension! I asked what about it not starting, they said they would have to call back, when they did call back it was just a battery. I said we just had the vehicle safety inspected and was surprised to hear about all the suspension issues. They said the vehicle needs the repairs and is not safe to drive. This bothered me being so far away and potentially having my daughter at risk but something did not feel right. I had the vehicle taken to 2 other service locations in North Bay and both said the vehicle is in excellent condition with zero concerns! I truly feel they were taking advantage of a young girl which is completely unacceptable.

Mitch was fantastic to work with when I traded in my truck. He made the entire process smooth and stress-free from start to finish. He took the time to make sure I was comfortable with every step, answered all my questions clearly, and never made me feel rushed or pressured. The trade-in was handled efficiently and fairly, and overall it was a great experience. I would absolutely recommend Mitch to anyone looking for a straightforward, professional, and easy vehicle purchase.
