We had heard not so great things about North Bay Toyota from family and friends but have given them a chance despite this in hope of a different experience, and unfortunately, this hasn’t been the case. Their customer service COULD NOT be more horrendous, and it takes them ages to complete basic service tasks. Also, when we mentioned a specific issue with our vehicle, which is still persistent to this day, their advice was to “keep an eye on it”, and that they didn’t find any issues but our receipt shows them having only run a code check. ALSO, our rental came complimentary with an open beer bottle in the back, pictured exactly as found, and half a tank of gas. If you’re a woman looking to rent a vehicle from them as well, you’d be better off having your husband or dad arrange it for you since he seems to think women aren’t capable of much, including driving a larger sized SUV or truck, which is what we originally requested, but I was given a RAV4 because “you’d be able to handle it better than a truck or larger vehicle”. And the apology for the open container? That was a phone call to my husband, go figure. Absolutely DISGUSTING all-around, and we’ll be either travelling back to Orillia where we purchased our Sequoia, or trying New Liskeard’s Toyota.

Roberto at Toyota made the entire process of buying our Tacoma simple and stress-free. He was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to answer all of my questions without any pressure.
