We have lived in North Bend and the Snoqualmie Valley for close to 13 years and have always looked at NB Chevrolet as wallpaper in a scenic town. I can't believe we slept on this dealership! Their selection of used cars was perfect for what we needed and left with a 2023 Ioniq 5 on a day that we were just going in for a test drive. Eli didnt pressure us at all, but his honesty and extremely personable nature made us feel comfortable chosing and deciding on what to buy. Dealerships get a bad reputation due to extreme sales tactics. Here, they take the time and let you decide without pressure.

I purchased a car through them and it has been nothing short of fantastic through the entire process. The sales person I dealt with was Leesa and from beginning to end she was fantastic at making sure we were taken care of, answering any questions we had, and was very honest about everything. The finance person we dealt with was also extremely up front and honest about every aspect of the different warrenties and what they got us. All in all I highly recommend shopping for a car through this dealership.

I had the best experience working with Amin a few weeks ago when buying my 2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Unfortunately my old vehicle broke down in North Bend and Amin was so helpful for the trade in process and was able to get me into a new reliable vehicle within my budget. The whole process from start to finish was great. The Jeep I wanted had a dead battery and Amin was kind enough to replace it himself for me so I could get on the road and back home. I showed up almost near closing time, so the service team had left for the day. Amin and the whole team stayed way past closing just for me and I never felt rushed or in the way. Even after I got home, Amin and Eli checked in to make sure everything was good with my vehicle and helped fix some small issues from a distance so I didn't have to drive back to North Bend. The team there is amazing and I would buy them again and again! Highly recommend North Bend Chevrolet :)
