I am updating my review because of communication issues with this location. I tried to get information from them for my gap coverage. Told I can’t be helped but someone else can. No can I take your information and get you a call back? The customer service is lacking big time. You get great service until you drive off the lot. I had to leave a review to get anyone to help me. I will follow Tre wherever he goes. That’s great customer service. A sales person who treats you like family.

Took my review down. $525 for an oil change, nothing else, just an oil change. Half ton ecodiesel, just letting the people of Jasper know you better check the price up front. This can’t be justified by any level of management. I would rate a zero but can’t do that either.

We bought our truck here and had a great experience! Randy Harlan was our salesperson and he went the extra mile to provide 5 star service from beginning to end. From the initial phone call until the last transaction, he went way above what was expected to provide superior service. Sarah, who was our finance person was very sweet and helpful and provided everything we needed to complete things on that end. I highly recommend this dealership and Randy Harlan. 2 thumbs up 👍🏾👍🏾

Went this afternoon with the wife. 30K negative equity. I brought 15K towards the deal. They discounted the car, 10K. They couldn't figure out a deal for the last $5k. I asked do I need the "dealer add-on Wolf Pack" of $3K, they said that was "mandatory" and couldn't be removed. I stated, doesn't the negative equity take care of the majority of the taxes added to these numbers... can you please remove the ad valeroem tax too.. we are active duty... we are exempt. ... we are talking about a leftover 2025 Jeep Cherokee.... Rather than sell us a car and figure out a deal... they let us walk. Didn't seem like they cared much. Will never come back to this location.. btw.. we are former customers too! Merry Christmas to us.
