I had an outstanding experience at this NFL Subaru dealership and felt it was worth taking the time to recognize the team for how well they handled everything from start to finish. From the moment I walked in, I was treated with professionalism and genuine care. My sales associate, Thomas, went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. He was knowledgeable, patient, and never made me feel pressured at any point. He took the time to answer every question I had, explained all the features clearly, and made sure I found exactly what I was looking for and truly the experience only got better when I moved into financing with Francesco. He made what is usually the most stressful part of buying a car feel simple and straightforward. Francesco was extremely helpful, transparent, and thorough when explaining all the options. He worked hard to make sure I got the best deal possible and made sure I understood everything before signing. His professionalism and willingness to help really stood out and what makes me keep going to NFL Subaru. I’ve been to Coral Springs Subaru before, and it just wasn’t as welcoming. The atmosphere and customer service there does NOT compare to North Fort Lauderdale Subaru. I would honestly rather take the extra drive just to come here because the experience is that much better. Overall, the level of customer service here is top tier here. The entire process was smooth, efficient, and honestly one of the best car-buying experiences I’ve had. Thomas and Francesco are a huge asset to this dealership, and I highly recommend asking for them if you’re planning to purchase a vehicle. Purchasing my 2026 Subaru Crosstrek from this dealership was an AMAZING EXPERIENCE. The sales rep Patrick Louis and the sales manager Dovelle Bell and I were able to come to an agreement regarding the price through texts and emails. That really cut down on the time that I actually spent at the dealership. They worked the deal I was asking for and had my car ready for me when I arrived that same afternoon. Patrick explained the dashboard controls and set my phone up with the Subaru app. He was concerned about me getting home without getting lost so he connected my phone to the app for directions. He even contacted me to make sure I made it home okay. The finance/cashier Luke Perry (yes, his real name) was easy to work with and he managed to convince me (not and easy task) to get an additional 3 year extended warranty. NFL Subaru also has an in-house insurance agent from Reynoso Insurance. Quan (I forgot his last name. Sorry Quan) was amazing and couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. He found me a less expensive monthly policy with the same insurance company and coverage that I already had and provided me with excellent advice going forward. Patrick has contacted me a few times to make sure that I'm happy with my purchase and to see if I have any questions. I talked with a few other Subaru dealers in Palm Beach County and one in Pembroke Pines before contacting NFL and none came close to the fabulous experience I've had with NFL. ABSOLUTELY worth the drive from Lake Worth!! Thank you gentlemen. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND NFL SUBARU!!!!
