This was my first time buying a car in Canada, and I had a really great experience at the Nissan dealership. I clearly explained my requirements and budget, and Emma was incredibly supportive from day one. She took the time to understand what I needed and guided me patiently through all the options. In the end, I was able to get my first car, a 2025 Nissan Versa, and I’m really happy with my choice. The whole process was smooth, stress-free, and professional. I truly appreciate Emma’s help and would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a reliable and honest car-buying experience.

Wow!! What an outstanding experience from start to finish with the team at North Island Nissan!! I do not leave 5 star reviews unless it’s a deserving experience. If I could leave 6 stars I would. My first visit had me connect with Emma, a fairly new sales assistant to this dealership. Emma was so professional and welcoming. She listened to my needs for a new vehicle and had very strong product knowledge. A few days later I was back at a the dealership with my wife to take out the Armada for a test drive. This time we were comprehensively looked after by Kyle (Emma on a well deserved day off). Kyle was truly outstanding! Again professional, friendly and listened to both our thoughts and questions. My wife had never driven a vehicle as large as the Armada and for me we couldn’t move forward with the purchase unless it worked for both of us. Kyle was so calm, supportive and his way of explaining to my wife how to set up the vehicle for her and understand the many features that make this vehicle more than usable for everyone was impressive. We have to also acknowledge the Sales Manager Colton, he again was so professional, friendly and worked very hard to bring the deal together for us with our trade in. Picking up the Armada yesterday was such a special experience, the vehicle is wonderful, but it was the effort everyone put in at the dealership that made this a memorable day we can cherish!! We have never had a Nissan before and we are very happy to now be part of the family at North Island Nissan!! Thank you so much for caring and looking after us!!

After crashing my car I reached out to Emma for help finding a new one, she was super nice easy to deal with and by day 2 she had me in a car I love, Brian in finance was also super kind and helpful! (Basically everyone there is super nice and easy to deal with) 10/10 would recommend Nissan, well i hopefully dont have to see them for a while, if I do need another car in the future I know where to go!

We had a great experience purchasing a used vehicle from North Island Nissan. Adam was our main contact but everyone worked so well together and we were definitely impressed with the service. They deserve 5/5 stars for sure. I was referred to them by family and they were excellent. I came from the mainland and the whole process was smooth and efficient. Sarah was excellent at her job and very helpful. The whole team was great and I’m very happy with my Kicks Play purchase! Definitely hit these guys up if you’re in the market for a new Nissan!
