# Summary The dealership receives sharply divided feedback, with customers praising individual salespeople like Huang Le, Matt Schwartz, and Leroy for transparent pricing, attentive service, and successful deal-making, while one customer reported serious concerns about service department diagnostic errors, refusal to refund unnecessary repairs, and unprofessional management conduct. The contrasting experiences suggest inconsistency between sales and service departments, with sales interactions generally viewed as positive and service interactions in at least one case viewed as exploitative and lacking accountability.

Update to your answer: The differential never had any actual damage, and yet they suggested it needed a complete rebuild when it didn't actually need to be rebuilt, Thank goodness I didn't give authorization. The sheer skirt makes me uncomfortable. Before agreeing to let them install the piece, We asked Nick what would happen if the problem wasn't fixed once the part was installed. He said he would talk to the service manager to request a refund and have the part removed,When I asked for a refund, they flatly refused, even though they knew perfectly well that they hadn't solved the problem, which I had solved myself, In the end, I was left with a $1582 investment in a vehicle I never needed. Taking responsibility for mistakes is human, and you all knew perfectly well what you were doing, And yet I returned home with the vehicle exactly as I had brought it. Terrible service, technical incompetence, and a total lack of professional ethics. I took my 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee to the dealership on Callahan Drive for a "Serv4WD" error after differential maintenance. As a mechanic, I warned them from the start that the actuator motor was perfectly fine since I had tested it myself, but they ignored me. They kept my vehicle for over a week, only to force me to pay $1,500 for a new actuator that did NOT fix the problem. In the end, I was left with a very expensive part that my truck never needed, making it a completely wasted investment. After that, they started guessing: they blamed an aftermarket Android screen, making me waste time swapping it back to the original, and the error persisted. Their "final solution" was telling me I needed to completely rebuild the differential for $4,000 in parts, not including labor. Frustrated and tired of them guessing at the expense of my wallet, I took my vehicle home. There, it took me less than 10 minutes to find the real issue: a differential bolt was in the wrong position, leaving the calibration out of range. I adjusted it, recalibrated it, and the problem was completely resolved. Neither the actuator, the screen, nor the differential were damaged. Even though the advisor initially promised me that if the actuator didn't fix the issue, he would talk to the manager about a refund, they ultimately avoided all responsibility. I went back to explain the real diagnosis less than 24 hours later, and they refused to return my money. They looked for every little excuse and any stupid reason not to admit their mistake, evade responsibility, and refuse to back me up on something where I was 100% correct. To make matters worse, the service manager behaved terribly: she was completely unprofessional, showed absolutely no courtesy, and flat out refused to help, claiming that the part "had already left the dealer and had no warranty." I am writing this review to warn others. You take your vehicle to the dealer thinking they are the ultimate experts, that they have all the diagnostic equipment, and that they know the brand better than anyone because they sell the cars themselves. But the reality is completely different: they have incompetent staff, lack the proper experience, and know absolutely nothing about the vehicles they represent. In the end, they just guess blindly and try to scam people. They robbed me to my face. A total scam and absolute incompetence, backed by awful management. Avoid this place at all costs.

My husband and I had an outstanding experience purchasing a Gladiator Rubicon X from North Knoxville Chrysler Dodge Jeep. Our salesperson, Huang Le, was incredibly nice and exceptionally knowledgeable about the Jeep. He gave us a thorough tour of the dealership and a complete in-Jeep walk-through, explaining how everything operates so we felt confident from the start. The entire process was amazing. We were able to quickly negotiate a great price over the phone, including our trade-in of a Tesla. The transaction was smooth and efficient, and we were in and out with our new Jeep in no time. We also reached out to other dealerships that had a Rubicon X that we liked, but they were slow to respond and tried to pressure us to come into the showroom to negotiate. North Knoxville Chrysler Dodge Jeep stood out by being responsive, transparent, and straightforward—no pressure, just honest service. We are very happy with our purchase and highly recommend this dealership and, in particular, our salesperson Huang Le for an honest, straightforward, and overall excellent buying experience. Would definitely recommend to anyone in the market for a Jeep or any Chrysler, Dodge, or Ram vehicle. Thank you, North Knoxville Chrysler Dodge Jeep!

Finally got a car guy & his name is Matt Schwartz! We just bought a 2026 Ram 1500 Big Horn from Matt Schwartz at North Knox, & he made the experience a total breeze! Here is why Matt is the absolute best: Great Vibe: He is incredibly easygoing & easy to talk to, but serious when it comes to getting business done. The Perfect Match: He listened to what we wanted & matched us to the truck that made the most sense for us. Saved Us Money: Matt worked hard to get us the absolute best deal & financing rate possible. VIP Treatment: He kept us comfortable, hydrated, & out of the sun the entire time. If you want a great deal on a vehicle without the typical dealership headache, go see Matt Schwartz!

Nehemiah was our salesman originally but he is newer and had Leroy helping him. Nehemiah did a great job & will be an awesome salesman. Unfortunately I have a low credit score right now & was having trouble getting approved anywhere. My husband bought a Challanger from North Knox earlier that day & they told him they would help me no problem. He told them I only wanted a truck. They said no problem. He took me to the dealership, they were gonna get me into a 2021 Silverado right away. The Silverado was being transported to the dealership so it was gonna be a few days before I could take it home. In the meantime, I decided I wanted a Gladiator instead. I was told it wasn’t gonna happen. I told Leroy & he got me approved immediately. Leroy is awesome. He will get the job done no matter what. He worked a miracle for me & I couldn’t be happier! & I love my Gladiator!!!

Had been shopping for about a week and a half we worked with Brent who helped us locate an AWD Pacifica in the color needed. Easy and fair deal. I’d recommend. Go Vols! And Gary was very friendly in service while we were browsing round tshirt shop.
