We purchased a Tesla Model 3 online after the salesperson confirmed that the minor rear damage shown on the Carfax had already been repaired before purchase, although no photos or proof were provided. After the purchase agreement was signed, pickup was delayed multiple times due to a reported Tesla error code during tire replacement, yet no diagnostic report was shared and I was told to contact Tesla myself. On the scheduled pickup day, I was then informed that scratches occurred during a car wash, but the photos provided showed marks in the same area that had previously been stated as repaired. The vehicle’s condition and history were not consistently or clearly disclosed, communication was misleading, and the process raised serious concerns about proper disclosure until a manager became involved. The Tesla delivered Jan 12, 2025 with flat tires, scratches, and old tires, despite being told the tires were replaced with new ones. This is deceptive and unacceptable. I have full documentation. Due to the concerns with disclosure and handling of this transaction, I will be filing formal complaints with the appropriate consumer protection agencies. Based on MY experience. I would not recommend this dealership.

Thank you David ,Miguel and Max who initially reached out via text/call! After my Tesla was declared a total loss I started shopping around for another used Tesla. Thankfully I ended up at Mitsubishi North Miami with David and Miguel. I was able to buy another used 2023 Tesla Model 3 in the same color I had before with similar, low mileage. My experience was great from beginning to end. David is a pleasure to work with. I actually enjoyed the car buying experience dealing with him instead of hating it like I usually do. He showed me the car fax and that the car had previously been in an accident. He was honest about any imperfection of the car. When we test drived the car he encouraged me to test it to the fullest. I needed some help with returning my rental car to enterprise and he offered to help with that, and with anything else I needed. I was on a time crunch because I had to work and David did everything he could to help me get to work on time. Miguel thank you for managing the financing. Miguel got me a great APR and monthly payment. Miguel has also been a huge help with any questions, so has David. They’re both kind and honest people. Yes not all sales people are dishonest and greedy. I recommend this dealership 100%. But be realistic, if you have terrible credit and no money for down payment, be realistic with your expectations. Do your full inspections before purchase and if you have any doubts or concerns even after purchasing, they will communicate with you. Look for David and Miguel and let them know Juliana sent you!
