I just finished purchasing a new vehicle from this dealership, it wasn't the smoothest transaction I've had. There were a few hiccups we had to sort out during negotiation. However, I was very impressed with my sales rep, Stephen Sanders. All the hurdles we had to go through were out of his control. I could tell he tried his absolute best and had my interests in mind. I would definitely recommend using Stephen the next time you are visiting this dealership for the purchase or your next vehicle!

Honestly the wife and I were headed to Castroville when we saw this dealership. We decided to stop to look around. Well we ended up purchasing a SUV that evening. Our salesman was Daniel Alcantar. He did amazing job through the whole process. We will definitely be back soon for a truck.

Bought a Chevy Tahoe from North Park Chevrolet and could'nt be happier with the experience. I live in the Austin area and had been shopping there but had not found what I wanted . I was recommended by a friend to try NP Chevy in Castroville He recommended Vanessa. Vanessa called me from NP and I was able to close a deal that day. She gave me a deal better than what I got in Austin and was able to order a new Tahoe direct from the factory . Vanessa called me weekly with the tracking information and I picked it up yesterday. Before picking up the Truck ,Vanessa had Isaac Macias called me and he processed all the information needed to get me in and out and back to Austin. This was a team sale and I will be going back there when I need a new Chevy, Thanks Vanessa and Isaac.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience regarding my 2025 Dodge Charger EV. My Vehicle has been out of service since 12/11/2025, yet i continue to make the payments on a vehicle i can not use. What is most frustrating is the lack of communication and accountability throughout this process. I spent months waiting on answers while being left in the dark about when or if my vehicle will be repaired or bought back to the point i started the lemon law case in February. 6 months without a vehicle that is a LEASE is unreasonable by any standard. I expected better communication and better advocacy for the customer from this dealership and they have failed tremendously. Its been over 6 months. I waited 6 months to write this review. General Manager JEREMY CONTRETRAS not once has contacted me. Sales love their commission of course so they washed their hands with it. Only decent person at this dealership is Jackie, who has communicated well and attempted to assist me on multiple occasions. I understand the dealership and manufacturer share responsibility for this issue. However the lack of communication from both ends is unacceptable. I expected more since it was a lease. No offer to swap a lease out for another. A Loaner was provided however I'm stuck footing a $80-100 weekly gas bill. I strongly encourage potential buyers to consider other options and don't make the drive to Castroville.

My wife and I purchased our new 2026 Ram 1500 Laramie from CDRJ and our sales rep Seth Kennedy was simply Awesome! He guided us through the process and was very transparent and patient with our hectic travel schedule… he even held the truck for us for two weeks. Excellent experience from Seth a fellow veteran! My #1 choice for the car buying experience.
