Over the course of my life, I’ve been blessed to own 14 vehicles. I’ve worked with some of the biggest names in San Antonio (Red McCombs, Ancira, Echo Park, CarMax, and others). Never have I ever received the service that I received from North Park Chevy. Lorna Stevens was the finance manager and Raul Alonso was the sales manager -Exceptional. Top tier. I can’t sing their praises enough. It wasn’t even about getting me approved, it was about getting me approved even though I was coming out of divorce and my credit had taken a severe hit. They were different makers and got me a great deal. I had a “Rookie” salesman in Andrew Denny and he’s a future all-star. He was the only sales person I saw that wore a suit, that went the extra mile, communicated the entire time, and never treated me like I was less important than anybody else there even though I was a difficult customer who had challenged credit. My new to me Silverado is certified pre-owned, great condition, has gap insurance, and has a warranty for the next three years or 36,000 miles. I am a happy camper and if I buy GM again (and this is my fifth GM vehicle), I won’t be going anywhere else than North Park Chevrolet! GREAT JOB 👏🏾!!!
