Fantastic experience buying a non-Volvo car (used Hyundai) here. In particular, my salesman, Lance Jeter, was great. He absolutely never pressured me, let me take the car to a nearby shop for a review of it and was patient at every turn. Cannot praise him enough as he was a class act. When it came time to negotiate, I got a more than fair price and the process was smooth. Volvo also took care of the minor items the mechanic found as well before the vehicle was in my final possession. The financing department was solid, too (although they were a bit pushy on the extended warranty). I would overall tell anyone to buy a vehicle from here. Ask for Lance when you go to buy — you will not be disappointed!

Although I needed up buying Range Rover from another dealership with much lower mileage, Owen, in sales, and Zach, in finance, worked together to try and get the deal done. Both were friendly, transparent, and answered all my questions until it came time to use my credit union and low rate. I recommend get prior financing with your own bank or credit union so you won’t be forced to use their in house financing at a higher rate. I was able to use my own CU which made purchasing at another dealer the best decision
