I bought a 2012 Hyundai from North Van Auto Sales and I’m really impressed. The car is in amazing condition, drives perfectly, and feels way newer than its age. The team there was friendly, honest, and made the whole process stress-free. Super happy I found them!

This dealership deleted my initial Google review without my consent. I purchased a Dodge Caravan from this start up dealership. Quite new, it was clear. The dealership did not have an in house insurance , we drove to the closest icbc autoplan and waited 2 hours for a transaction. After, the Caravan was leaking on my driveway. I had a shop inspect and was told oil pan gasket was gone and a drive axle was in critical condition. I had asked for an inspection report prior to the sale and was told everything was inspected but never really received paperwork confirming. I paid almost $1000 to repair both out of pocket and the dealership refused to reimburse even if this was only days after the purchase. They finally reimbursed me $400 but claims the issue is not their fault. I’m a bit perplexed at the ownership after a sale but that’s a very typical sales dealership. On the upside, their receptionist was amazing. She has great customer service and communicated well. The issue stems from their main decision makers. Please don’t remove my review as this was an honest legitimate transaction with evidence and proof. Please do not fool possible consumers by hiding experiences you regret.
