To avoid unexpected charges, do not buy a car here. After purchasing my vehicle from this dealership, I was charged nearly $1000 for a non-ICBC insurance policy that was sold to me right in the store. Because I trusted the dealership and no one informed me that it wasn’t ICBC insurance, I went ahead and paid the amount. About two weeks later, when I raised a complaint about this, they told me to contact WayPoint Insurance and claimed they were not responsible. If you're selling a service inside your store, you should take responsibility — that’s just basic logic.
