When looking to purchase a vehicle I do my homework and know what I do and don’t want. A couple vehicles caught my eye when checking the Northgate GM website. My husband and I went to the dealership and we met with Alejandro and Shawn. From the moment we arrived we felt our business was appreciated and we weren’t just another sale. The vehicles we were interested in were brought right to the front of the building. Alejandro took his time explaining the different options and trim levels of each as well as the pros and cons of each. They let us take our time and at no point were any pressure sales tactics used. We feel Alejandro and Shawn had our interest in mind as well as giving us the best deal possible. Ryan in finance was equally a pleasure to deal with. He also had a no pressure approach which sealed the deal. All three members of this team insured our returning business to Northgate GM in the future.

Just bought a AT4 from Northgate, through Alex. Whole experience was easy, drove the truck off the lot within 5 hours total over two days. Visited Northgate GMC March 25,2026 to purchase a new vehicle. Honestly have nothing, but good things to say about the sales person Dustin and finance manager Ryan. Dustin, listened to what we were looking for, helped us get the most money for our trade in and took the time to explained the features of the vehicle to my wife. While Ryan, went through great detail on price, extended warranties and options to get us suited for our family. Thank you both for making this happen, I hope to deal with your team in the future again for the third time. Someone get these boys a raise!

The customer service and experience at Northgate GM was exceptional. Dustin Lepko is my sale consultant he took care of my buying experience and answered all my questions in a timely manner. I had a few concerns throughout the process and Dustin and management took care of the situation. Hats off to everyone involved.

Extremely disappointed in their service tactics when using words such as “free”. After buying and servicing several vehicles, I can confidently state that they will never see another dime. Recently I was informed that my 2020 Trail Boss with only 70,000km of soft driving, had a free $100.00 gift to use. Nothing is free and I should have know this. So I went with a simple tire rotation and guess what…they found a host of front end “issues”. How convenient. This truck has barely seen winter and now I have front end issues after being enticed with a free monetary gift. My truck was operating perfectly with no issues, considering I regularly crawl underneath and check components myself. Absolutely deplorable. Just my opinion and emotional state that questionable tactics such as this are a glowing red flag. I strongly recommend you be aware and check your vehicle thoroughly before dropping off for service.
