I bought my truck in February 2026 it is a 2023 Ford F-150,about a week of having it I noticed when I turn the truck wheel the tires rub on the plastic wheel cover and so I sent my girlfriend up to Northgate Ford to have it looked at and replaced.Note before I sent her up there I got under the truck and it is clear as day you can see the plastic has been rubbing for awhile and easy to see on both side.She goes up there and there “lead tech” says he can’t find the problem it’s not doing it and sends her away.So I now had to call off work schedule another appointment and go up there get under the truck my self and show the “lead tech” my self the obvious problem.It got fixed after I showed him after I called off work.Then I got the truck back and I noticed one of the outlet plugs in the back seat the cap that opens and closes has been ripped off.But you know what I ignored it.Fast forward to this Saturday May 30th 2026 I take my truck in to get a oil change. It gets done and I think to my self I just have a feeling to want to check the work so I drive down the rose pill in a parking lot and guess what I find.Pop the hood the oil cap is off sitting on the engine block oil stain now on it none of the fluids are topped off the sticker that usually goes in the top left corner of the window that tells you your next oil change has been slapped in the middle of the windshield the mileage on the sticker is 59024 miles my truck has 60k miles???? I look under the truck oil is dripping from my oil plug.I went into the shop knowing I had one license plate light out the light was never brought up on the inspection.No fluids were topped off my oil change before this one I was told my tires were needed changed soon and rated a 4 this oil change my tires brakes were all rated in the green and don’t need changed am I being lied to?? The quality of work is terrible I don’t trust no one to work on my truck at Northgate I question if the oil is right I question if my truck is being sabotaged I question the dignity of the people that work at Northgate. I am choosing to not use my last free oil change because I am so concerned that my truck will be damaged or neglected.I have tried to contact management I have pictures of all that has happened.I hope someone at Northgate sees this and something can be resolved.

My salesman Tom and Finance Manger Tim were fantastic to work with. No pushy sales tactics and very personable individuals. We drove over two hours and it they definitely made it worth it. Highly recommend these folks.

Was in the market for a new more fuel efficient truck. After visiting several dealers who low balled my trade, came to Northgate that had a truck I liked. It was out on a demo but still talked some numbers. Unlike the other dealers, offered fair trade right from the rip. Decided to come back when truck was back in the showroom. Came back later that afternoon and fell in love with the truck. There was several other interested in the same truck but held it for me since I was first which was shocking because no dealer from my experience lately does this anymore. Price was more the fair. I worked with Jason who was outstanding. Great guy, extremely knowledgeable and made the experience fun. I’m glad I got low balled at the other dealerships because I wouldn’t have found Northgate Ford had they not. If you’re looking for the experience of the way car buying used to be pre Covid, go to Northgate. I’ll be going there first for all my future purchases.

Jake was an excellent sales person. Did not oversell and listened to my concerns and responded with solutions. Perfect sales. In and out with vehicle in 1 hour and 40 minutes from beginning to close including test drive. Paperwork was all automated. Highly recommend.
