This was my first time being at this Ford dealer and purchasing from this dealership. My experience was fantastic with everyone but I dealt mostly with the used vehicle people. Travis was very helpful and patient as well as had a great attitude and was pretty humerus. The other fellas were very communicative as well. Very painless transaction. He did what he could to help and assist with finding my son a car and getting me a good deal. Dean in the financial department was very funny but professional and he was able to get my paperwork done fast and efficiently. I had a great experience and always appreciate fun staff that are friendly! I’m a Chevy girl but this experience and the people that work there really was a breath of fresh air! I cannot forget the nice lady that made the cookies! She was so friendly! I appreciate all that helped in my purchase!

I highly recommend Northgate Ford! Our sales guy was Travis in used cars. Travis is kind, honest, understanding and flexible. He made buying a car easy and stress free. There were a few things wrong with the jeep when we initially looked at the vehicle on Saturday. Tuesday everything was fixed and road safety ready for my teen to drive. Even the finance team is great. They weren't pushy at all. There wasn't any hidden fees or any unexpected additional charges. It was a pleasure doing business with you Travis......Travis you might be Heath and Audrey's favorite but Dean you're my favorite 😉

I recently purchased a vehicle from Northgate Ford and, while I’m happy with the car itself, my experience in the used car department was disappointing. When making a purchase close to $20,000, I expected a higher level of professionalism and respect throughout the process. During my interaction with John in used car sales, there seemed to be some miscommunication, and I understand that can happen. However, much of the process felt rushed and pushed through text messages, and I am not comfortable making a major purchase like a vehicle through text alone. I also felt that the responsibility for not getting the deal I wanted was placed on me because I chose to use outside financing instead of going through the dealership. As a customer, I believe my choice of financing should not affect the level of service or respect I receive. After calling to express my concerns, Todd in the new car sales department stepped in and handled the situation professionally, and I truly appreciate the effort he made to make things right. I was committed to buying the vehicle regardless, but I wanted the experience to feel fair, clear, and respectful. This purchase was a big deal for me, as I have not bought myself a nice vehicle in about 10 years. Because of that, this should have been an exciting and positive experience, and with the amount of money being spent, I feel the overall experience should have been better than what it was. I am happy with the vehicle I purchased, but I hope this feedback helps improve the customer experience for others in the future. Todd gets 5stars.
