Preston the owner is great to work with! Great communicator and most importantly honest as he does what he says and keeps his promises. He answers all my questions in a timely manner and continues to help me even after purchasing a vehicle from him. I highly recommend when looking for next vehicle!

Horrible service . Bought a new evolution classic 2 golf cart . Inserts on rims were scratched and dinged along with rims . They put new rims on with no inserts said they would warranty the inserts and send me new one . Got “new ones” back with half new and rest the old scratched ones . Again he said he would get me new ones . On way home , stopped in odebolt and found out my club cover was tore in 3 places already and the club cover only had 1 bolt with a nut on it . Lost 1 the bolts on way and other 2 were loosely stuck through hole s . Bought cooler and club/ball washer , they finally got them to me with no nuts or bolts to attach to the golf cart . My back rest of seats bolts were all loose and almost falling out . My basket racks bolts only has 1 with a nut on it , rest are freely loose in holes . Found bolts not tight that tighten my frame from the roof to the front of the golf cart . Windshield wasn’t tight on the frame . Have asked numerous times when the will get my inserts and no answer . Finally got my club cover after 4 months . Paid for all my accessories and they are still sending me a bill . In my opinion . This place is a joke ,

We called on short notice to have the service department try to find why the vehicle was shaking. We were a few hours down the road on a long road trip and trying to get ahead of a blizzard. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful in diagnosing the problem and giving the confidence to continue our journey. They had a lounge area for the kids to play while the vehicle was being worked on, which was very much appreciated. Highly recommend!

Great showroom, Chris was a great rep, very professional, and the owner made things right so that the deal was honest and fair. I drove from 2 hours away, and they were quick and easy to work with, and had TREMENDOUS follow-up. Thanks, Northland!
