# Summary The dealership receives praise for individual salespeople who provide attentive, patient service and make customers feel valued during the purchase process, but faces significant criticism regarding used vehicle quality control, warranty claim handling, parts department responsiveness, and trade-in valuations. Multiple customers report feeling undervalued despite their loyalty, with complaints ranging from unresolved mechanical issues and poor follow-up communication to lowball offers compared to competing dealerships.

I would like to give a huge shout out to our sales guy Ken!! He listened to our every needs and listen to all of our concerns. He did not rush us or push for a sale ! He did an amazing job at getting us into our vehicle and for that I am thankful! He went above and beyond, and I would most definitely recommend anyone going to Northland Chevrolet!! Ask for Ken!!

We bought a truck here a month ago. The truck is beautiful. Pre-owned. Had minor hidden issues that I would've liked Chevy to address a day or two after we got the truck. We called them right away to let them know a noise popped up, a jingle. We did go for a couple hour drive to make sure the truck was good. We noticed the jingle and the back door won't lock with the power lock and the auto start wasn't working. That usually indicates an issue. Chevy looked at the truck and found the auto starter to be bad and said they couldnt hear the noise. The noise was not something un noticeable. I can't stand when mechanics make women feel small and not smart. They called to say they would fix the auto start, find a mechanic and they would pay for it. I found a mechanic and he called Chevy and all of a sudden they were only covering 200. News to me. I called Chevy and have not gotten a phone call back yet. I won't beg and repeatedly call. Today we review on Google for the World to see. We brought the truck to firestone for an oil change and to figure out the noise. Come to find out we have a radiator hose leak. A cracked exhaust. No power start. Thanks Chevy. And the 11,000 dollar used, needs fixen truck somehow turned into 18,000 when the paperwork arrived. Salesman with an L helped us and has not called us back yet... Now by reading these reviews I should've known! This isn't the first time this has happened... Exact same story... Do better with used vehicles Northland Chevy. Better inspections, better mechanics, more honorable salesman who aren't scared to call customers back and deal with THEIR sales.

Well very disappointed in this place Me and my wife got out last 3 bran new cars from this place.. right here in superior.. well one of my cars is getting older so it needed a part.. i was at my local auto parts store there happened to be two options for the part they said if you call the dealer they can probably give you a part number and they can switch it over to there’s.. so i called Northland chev where ive done all my car business got the parts department.. i asked the parts guy if he could give a a part number for my vin since there was two options.. before i even got done speaking the guy said no and hung up on me.. it was on speaker phone in the parts store.. i was embarrassed and angry being ive spend so much here in the previous years.. the parts at the store heard this and couldn’t believe the service i got.. he said a-lot of parts guys don't give part numbers because they think they they think there loosing the sale.. anyways i feel like im very unappreciated being the money i spend there over the years.. so then i called kohler chev The guy was very happy to give me the part number even apologized for northland chev… im needing a bran new truck soon and looks like ill be going to kohler.. i took my good review off for nothland and replaced it with this one .. lost a very loyal customer over a part number Im very disgusted with the customer service in the parts department

Barb is a wonderful salesperson! She made the car buying process so fun, easy, and comfortable. She made sure all my needs were met and made sure I understood the every part of the process without feeling rushed. She was professional and made me feel confident in my car purchase. I love my new Malibu! Thank you, Barb!!

I’ve purchased 2 brand new trucks from them before. The most recent one started having transmission problems under 10k miles (Covered under warranty). I needed a bigger truck so I tried working with them on a trade in. I was looking for 49k, they offered 44k. They tried telling me it would be like getting 47k with the “Tax Savings”. I reached out to a dealership in the cities and they offered me 45,500 at the same exact time I got a text from northland finally bumping up to 45,500. I laughed about it with the cities dealership, and the sales rep said “Hang on” and came back saying they’d give me 47k. I did more shopping and was offered 47k at other locations as well. Point is, they will lowball you no matter how good of a customer you are. The sales rep didn’t know what RST stood for and thought LT meant “Light Truck” and couldn’t explain any of the numbers to me. It’s like they expect the sale to fall in their lap and expect you to take whatever they offer you. Do your due diligence and check out as many dealerships as you can. Getting 2k more on your trade in is worth a drive to the cities.
