Northland Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram

While my experience with Northland Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram hasn’t been perfect and there have been a few bumps in the road regarding diagnostics for my 2023 Cherokee, I want to sincerely acknowledge the outstanding customer service I received. Lawrence, my service writer, was professional, respectful, and very informative throughout the entire process. He communicated clearly and treated me with genuine courtesy. Abe, the service manager, along with the rest of the staff, were stellar in their professionalism and support. The dealership itself is clean, welcoming, and well run. A business is only as good as its employees, and this dealership should be very pleased with the quality of people they have hired. Thank you for making a challenging situation much easier to navigate.

If I can do 0 stars . I woudl because the used car sales manager is terrible at communicating and rude. But she got dismissed in the most humble way. Don’t waste your time on trying to get an appraisal with them . Been trying to get an appraisal from them since the AM today I took the initiative to pull up at 4pm today to get a lower offer then Saturday. Pissed me off don’t waste my time that’s something you can’t get back .

I took my mom's car to Northland CDJR a while ago and it was great. The dealership is clean and people were nice. A fine good looking man named Lawrence was the service advisor and he was nice and explained everything in detail. He made the experience even better.

Harry was amazing and he is going to be my go to guy when getting another truck. I’ll be recommending him to everyone. He did not pressure me into anything and listened to my concerns and made it work. We looked at many trucks and he had no problem driving them up to check them out. Also a huge shout out to Joe the sales manager. He is amazing. Both Harry and Joe did an amazing job with my deal.

I took my Durango in for a rattling noise and, honestly, I was expecting the worst when dealing with a dealership. However, the service department completely changed my expectations. They not only fixed the problem, but had me in and out in a timely manner. The service team clearly explained what was causing the issue and made sure I felt comfortable and informed throughout the process. I truly appreciated their professionalism and efficiency.
