I had a great experience shopping here for a vehicle. We decided to come back and purchase a vehicle from them after going all over town. We couldnt find a better vehicle to suit our needs, and no other sales team felt as genuine as Hyundai. Gabe was very patient and easy to speak to about our needs and concerns. There was a miscommunication during the financing process, where the finance guy didnt know that winter tires were included in the deal. He thought we would be paying cash for them, and so did not include them in the final quote. After bringing it up with the sales manager again, they were able to honor the original agreement to include the tires! The entire process was long and exhausting, as car shopping always is, especially with young kids. But the team at Hyundai worked with us the whole way through. Highly recommend checking this place out when car shopping!

Went in to view a Hyundai Santa Fe that I saw online only to find out that it was sold already. Went to the parts department, nobody was at the tiny counter they have. After standing there a few minutes, along came a guy, who just didn't give a crap about customer service. His appearance alone, was more like a homeless person living under a bridge. But getting past that, I asked to buy some plastic push pins, that hold on the belly pan, of a Kona. He said ' I don't know what it would use". I asked him to look it up, and get me 5 of them. He said " No i don't know what they use ". I again asked him to look it up. He said "no". So I left, and sat in my car for a few minutes, and ordered a kit on Amazon, that has a selection of push pins. I was going to buy a new car here this summer, but with that sort of attitude, won't be. Interestingly, as someone who owns multiple vehicles, I was driving 1 of my Hondas that day, a couple weeks ago. On my way home, I also stopped at the Honda dealer, to pick up an oil filter, and 2 air filters, for my Honda. What a difference, the guy was polite, helpful, dressed appropriately to be at work, and got me the parts quickly, and politely.
