Everyone did a great job with every step needed to purchase my new to me Ford Ecosport 2018 all wheel drive. They take your trade in. They help you get financed. They got me a very reasonable payment plan. I have a 3 year extra dealership warranty. It only has about 80,000 miles on it. And I'm single so the size they fit me with is perfect. I highly recommend this dealership and I will be using them in the future. I love my new ride!

A few years ago, I had to let go of a fun Jeep Wrangler I really loved because of life circumstances, and I have genuinely missed being in a Jeep ever since. I honestly was not sure how easy it would be to make it happen again, but Northland Motorcars made the entire experience feel so much more doable than I expected. I spoke with Jon first, and he was very responsive, kind, and easy to work with. He was actually someone I had worked with in the past on a different vehicle years ago, so it was nice to see a familiar name. My salesperson, Lizzy (name twin!), was also wonderful. She was fun, friendly, straightforward, and very easy to work with. There was another gentleman there as well who was also very kind, and helpful. Overall the atmosphere was just welcoming from start to finish. This was honestly the best vehicle-buying experience I’ve had. I never felt like they were just trying to make a sale. They encouraged me to explore different options, were upfront about financing and credit, and the whole process felt very straightforward. No games, no hidden surprises, and no pressure. They were fair with my trade-in and genuinely willing to work with me to help get me into the vehicle I wanted. Now here I am a week later, back in a Jeep, and smiling ear to ear. I can’t thank Northland Motorcars enough, and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle.

I came to test drive a Jeep Cherokee and Jeep Wrangler, and left hard torn between really liking both vehicles. When I finally reached a decision, both vehicles had of course sold already! I waited too long, they were both great cars. Right as my heart started sinking, Lizzy showed me a new Jeep Cherokee they had just gotten in that was going thru inspections! It was simply gorgeous. It passed inspection with flying colors and gave me an awesomely smooth test drive! And now I know that everything played out exactly as it was meant to be because I have a new Jeep that I’m absolutely in love with!! 2 months later and zero issues since we drove it off the lot.
