# Summary This dealership receives praise for its sales staff, particularly individual salespeople who demonstrate genuine care and extensive effort to help customers secure vehicles, even in challenging financial situations. However, the service and finance departments have drawn criticism for inconsistent communication, unresolved post-sale issues, and dismissive handling of legitimate customer concerns about vehicle condition.

Repair took over a month when we had the same problem with another vehicle and the fix only took a week at Redbank Chevrolet. Giving two stars because I appreciated the updates and the use of a loaner vehicle. On the other hand our salesperson, Matt Bowen, did absolutely phenomenal and will highly recommend him to anyone I know looking for a vehicle. Five stars for Matt!!

Excellent experience! Super friendly, not the typical “salesman push” that typically turns me away from dealerships! Will definitely return when ready to trade again! Thank you, Jake!

When going to Northpointe I had no real expectations of being able to get out of the truck we had and into one with an extra seat allowing us to have room for our next baby who is joining us soon. My friend Anna bought a really nice GMC Terrain from them and she has never had any issues when needing to take her SUV in for maintenance. We got denied by ACrivelli an hour prior to meeting Matt. We looked online at trucks that we were interested in seeing and Matt Bowen walked out to our truck in the horribly cold wind as snow is coming down, with nothing but a smile and reassurance that when we’re ready to look at my list of possibilities he would be there. We went in knowing we just got told we’re getting next to nothing for our truck because it’s “old” from a dealership that I bought the truck from.. Matt looked at all possibilities and did everything in his power to make this deal work and that’s all I wanted out of a salesman, someone to try and give me hope. After many talks with us and banks we found one to give us a chance. We got to leave in a beautiful Chevy Silverado, with the extra seat that’s needed for our family that’s unexpectedly grown one more and he included some extra warranties for no extra cost. I hope everyone who is dealing with car issues, needing a car but thinking your income or credit would never give you a chance then go talk to Matt Bowen because he made our dream a reality.

*deep breath* Here goes… First off I would like to point out that I live out of state and I stumbled across the vehicle that they had listed for sale on Auto Trader. With that being said, let’s dive in: 1.) The vehicle was in person as what was listed! *Exactly* as it was listed.. It had low tread on the tires and the rotors were in rough condition. That was an automatic concern for me seeing as I live in an area that gets over a lot of snow every year and I have children. 2.) The team! Once I saw the listing, I put in an inquiry about it and they contacted me within 24hrs. That was good! I spoke with Garrett about the vehicle and told him what I was looking to do financially for the vehicle. He understood! He actually did great, he knew what he was talking about, and he did his job. He actually went above expectations on what he was supposed to do. He wasn’t the issue. Which segues into my next point… 3.) The Finance and PREVIOUS General Sales Managers Alexander Karadimas and Seth Murphy. Nice guys, but you can tell when somebody is giving BS. They had that typical salesman tone, agrees with everything you’re saying to make you feel comfortable, then when you address concerns they acted as if they’re of no concern and that everything is nothing to worry about. I spoke with them about the tires, the brakes, and that there weren’t any floor mats in the truck when it was in my possession. Alex said that it is “state standard to not change tires if they’re around 50% or more” and that if I wanted them changed, I would need to pay for it myself. I checked the tires, they were less than 50%, I had to buy new tires almost immediately after buying the vehicle. The vehicle failed my state’s inspection because the rotors weren’t in good condition. Garrett told me that, to his knowledge, the brakes were changed! But according to Alex, it “costs too much” to do them prior to selling a used vehicle. Seth was handling my paperwork and I was trying to get in contact with him to get the paperwork I needed in order to register the vehicle and he was supposed to be ordering/sending me the floor mats that weren’t in the vehicle but were on the listing. I wasn’t getting any responses. I gave it a few days, because obviously they’re busy and don’t have every second of every day to cater to me, and then I called them back about the paperwork.. Which brings me to the part I can honestly say was much easier and they were much more professional! 4.) I called the office and they helped! I explained this entire situation with them and they jumped on it right away! The clerks advised me that Seth was no longer with the company.. I was a bit upset about that because he told me he would PERSONALLY handle my paperwork and floor mats for my truck I purchased! Why didn’t he inform me that his last day was 2 days prior to me calling them and that he would connect me with his successor? I would personally like to thank Holly Galmish & Ariel Meece for doing the work that Seth was supposed to do with a more kind, direct and professional approach! They made it more comfortable and easier for me to get everything together that I *NEEDED* done. You ladies are rockstars and I truly appreciate your help! Garrett did amazing as well. You didn’t need to do what you did, but I greatly appreciate you for what you did for me! Thanks to the three of you, again! After paying another $2k out of pocket for things that should have been done prior to the sale of the vehicle, it is finally 100% all set up and road legal/safe! I know this was lengthy, it was a bit to read, but this is my honest feedback. Aside from the tires, brakes, floor mats and cross communication, the vehicle sale was smooth. It’s just people not communicating and showing a lack of care on customer concerns that makes it difficult. Make sure you’re concise and clear about what you want from them before doing business!
