Great experience. Walked in and was instantly greeted by Nick. Went to 3 other car dealerships before this one and not one person came to us and after 10mins we walked out of them all but not at Northside Mitsubishi. Nick was busy yet greeted us with a friendly welcome. He took us to sit in the lounge and offer us a coffee. 10 mins later he came for us. There was no pressure just great questions to clarify what I wanted. He was able to find a really good match. Ended up buying it that day after some fair negotiations. Everyone was so helpful and seemed to care and respect my wishes and budget. Sales to branch manager to financing .... all great to deal with. This is my 2nd RVR. I am a big fan of Mitsubishi and was so happy I found Northside Mitsubishi and Nick. Thanks gang!
