Northside Nissan

Recently bought a 2024 used Ioniq 5 from Northside Nissan (they share the same lot and ownership with Riverside Hyundai). I dealt with Jonathan Juarez throughout the entire process. Originally I had come in to take a look at a used Solterra but the Ioniq caught my eye and even though it wasn’t listed within Northside Nissan’s inventory Jonathan was able to pull it over so I could take it for a test drive. The entire experience was positive and we never felt rushed or pressured. Highly recommend Jonathan and the team at Northside Nissan for their professionalism!

Excellent service! Very quick turnaround. The sales floor is very relaxed. They want you to get the car you need and not just sell the most expensive. Lovely relaxing atmosphere with comfortable seating, good music, and of course courtesy beverages. Great communication from the team. Absolutely wonderful people

I had a weird situation where I was without a car, I was helped on service with my old vehicle by Shauna, who was amazing and patient in helping me figure out my old cars issues. She got me in contact with Sukhman who was wonderful in helping me find a new car that I love. I never felt pressured or intimidated. It was a great experience all around!
