I don’t typically leave negative reviews, as I understand the impact they can have on a business. However, after experiencing the same lack of professionalism from Northside Toyota on two separate occasions, I feel it’s important to share this feedback in the hope that it leads to improvement. I was actively discussing the purchase of a vehicle with two sales representatives, Aiden and Steven, at Northside Toyota. Throughout the process, I remained respectful and responsive, but both salespeople suddenly stopped responding and never followed up despite my attempts to continue the conversation. I understand that not every negotiation leads to a sale, but basic professionalism and communication should still be expected. Even if we couldn’t reach an agreement, a simple response would have been far more respectful than being ghosted in the middle of a discussion. Very disappointing and unprofessional customer service experience. I would expect better communication and follow-through from a dealership that allegedly prides itself on professionalism.

I had an excellent experience at Northside Toyota from start to finish. As a first-time Toyota buyer, I wasn’t sure what to expect, but the entire process exceeded both my expectations and any past experiences I’ve had purchasing vehicles locally. Jashan in sales was knowledgeable, approachable, and made the process feel easy and pressure-free. Kristan and Alonso in financial services were equally great—thorough, transparent, and efficient in walking me through everything. And Jacob in delivery wrapped it all up perfectly, taking the time to ensure I was comfortable and familiar with the vehicle before driving away. The whole team made what can often be a stressful experience genuinely enjoyable. I’m so happy with my purchase and excited to now be part of the Toyota family. Highly recommend!

I have purchased and leased many different types of vehicles and brands over these long years and I had to leave a review because Northside was the best experience I've ever had. I live 7 hours away and it was well worth going there to purchase my vehicle. Thank you Carson for the great service and attention to detail and to Tom who picked me up at the airport was a super friendly guy. Unfortunately I can't recall her name, but she setup my Car Play and explained all the tech in the car before my drive back. I would definitely purchase another vehicle from Carson and this dealership without a second thought.

They are friendly and welcoming. My car has had a couple issues and I've only had it for a little over 2 months but every time I brought it in they were helpful and informative.
