We purchased our latest vehicle at Northside Volkswagen, Sault Ste. Marie. Our sales representative, Nikita was polite, friendly and knowledgeable, he patiently answered the many questions we asked him and looked after all aspects of the process. We appreciate the patience and respect we were treated with by the staff at the dealership. All together a great experience.

I have the highest of praise and thanks for northside Volkswagen. On Sunday my golf had an incident on the highway and I was left stranded. I ended up towing my vehicle to northside. I am from British Columbia, my car has always been serviced in Vancouver, I happened to be driving across the country when it happened. First thing Monday morning I received a phone call from Flo, the service manager. Flo made time for me and immediately made me feel welcome. He called regularly, updating me with the state of my vehicle. I quickly learned what was wrong with my vehicle and how it would be fixed. They found the faulty component and managed to obtain a new one by the next day. They fixed it and had me on my way as soon as possible. I seriously cannot say enough good things about my experience with Flo at northside. He was clear about the work, always in a great mood, and very easy to talk to. I was very surprised and happy with the price I paid for such an amazing service. When I entered the dealership, I always felt at home. The service attendant was so kind to me, letting me know what was going on with my car, remembering me the next day, and quickly getting my things sorted. I am sad to be leaving Sault Ste. Marie because I wish I could keep servicing my vehicle at this dealership with Flo. This guy and the rest of the service team are genuinely fantastic and I would recommend them to anyone. I hope to be back one day ✌️.

I will never bring my Tiguan back to Volkswagen Northside. I went in for a diagnostic and was quoted $10,000 in repairs. When I got home, I opened the hood and found a mouse nest in my air intake — removed it, and my car has been completely fine since. I called multiple times to speak with management and left messages for Flo, but no one ever returned my calls. Being quoted that kind of money for something so easily identifiable is extremely concerning, and the lack of follow-up made it worse. I won’t be using this dealership again
