All departments were very helpful. Went out of their way to find me a truck I fell in love with. Payment options were easy to follow and delivery was on point as usual. Terrible with names but everyone that was a part of this purchase was professional and easy to talk to. Been in the other dealerships in and didn’t get past the sales floor, these folks want to have your business and are willing to accommodate your needs to make it happen.

I had a wicked experience here. Brent was easy to work with, willing to make a fair deal. The building was super nice. The staff were Uber friendly. I travelled here from far and paid good travel costs just to not have to deal with my local dealership. For someone who hates this experience more than the next one, they made it a simple easy in and out. Would do it again

My whole experience purchasing a vehicle with ford was exceptional! Rebecca reached out to me right away and got me in quickly to look at vehicles. She made the entire experience easy and stress-free, and her customer service was truly exceptional. Megan in finance went above and beyond to help me, even assisting outside of her regular working hours and coming in early before her shift started. I had changed my mind on the trim of the vehicle I wanted, and she made sure everything was approved and ready to sign when I walked through the door. Danny was also incredible. He took the time to review my insurance settlement to make sure it was fair and even helped me out with a discount on my new vehicle. He was very personable and friendly, always stopping by to check in whenever he saw me at the dealership. I needed a new vehicle as soon as possible, and Rebecca and Megan made sure I got one right away. I came in on Saturday and could have left with the vehicle that same day, but I decided to return on Monday. The vehicle I purchased had just arrived and needed to be programmed, but Rebecca ensured it went to service immediately, and the service team had it ready for pickup by 2:30 that afternoon. Hailey was also very helpful. A few days later, when I stopped by again, she took the time to assist me with a few features in the vehicle and made sure everything was working smoothly. Also would like to mention great service from Rebecca at the front desk as well who was helpful each time I arrived and very friendly. Overall, this was an outstanding experience, and I truly appreciate the effort and care shown by the entire team. We love our new Ford Explorer!
