Purchased our new family vehicle here and we were very pleased with the experience. Karar Zenki listened to our needs and was very knowledgeable about the vehicle we were interested in. We felt that the manager also offered us a great deal for a new 2025 Pilot Touring after the used Black edition we were interested in sold. We’re a Honda family and happy with the recent purchase and hoping to make great memories in our new 3 row seater!

I am very happy with my recent experience with Northtown Honda, with the purchase of my 2026 Honda CRV Sport Hybrid. My salesman Nicholas Stott was extremely knowledgeable with the features of the CRV and patiently answered any questions that I had, since I have never had a Honda before. My car purchase went pretty smoothly and a few days later I drove off with my new car. Overall, my experience was fairly trouble free. Bought the accord from Northtown Honda, and their service were amazing! They kept checkin up and made sure they had what I wanted, The guy from sales, Otis Paris II, he's was super friendly and all the process went smoothly, took me less than just 2-3 hours to get the ownership. (Tho the detailer guy who cleaned my car..wasn't much 'detailed'), but yeah!10/10 experience.

Antonio is such an amazing individual and professional! I had the blessing of buying my first car with his help at Northtown Honda. He was so kind and patient working with my immigrant parents, helping them understand the entire process of the financials, advocating with his managers for a price that we were comfortable with. Even after the purchase, he supported us in finding the best insurance policy for me as a new driver. 10/10. Eli is the GOAT. He helped me every step of the way, explained everything eloquently, and helped me find a car I fell in love with. He even went out of his way to contact my insurance and get things straightened out. Had me in and out in like 45 mins. By far the friendliest service I have received. Also shout out to whoever detailed the whip it smells immaculate. 10/10 would recommend.
