We love working with Mike. Mike is extremely thorough and easy to work with. This is our 7th car we have purchased thru him at Kia Northtown. I loved my experience with Northtown Kia! In 2022 I bought a Kia Forte GT from them and I love that car so much. I needed to upgrade to a bigger vehicle for my work and kids, so I knew I wanted to get another Kia. I just leased a Kia Sorento X-Line EX a couple of weeks ago. My salesman, Charlie Laffin, was so nice! He had an answer for everything I asked him, explained things in full detail, was super friendly, and was not pushy at all! He is the #1 reason I decided to lease my new SUV. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone who wants a streamlined and professional car buying experience.
The second we walked through the door, Mike was our guy. The moment he saw my husbands Taco Bell jacket, he expressed his love for Taco Bell. And when I say love for Taco Bell, I mean fanatic. Which made the transaction, feel more like friends hanging out talking about Taco Bell. A lot. I was happy we could make his experience as good as he made ours. This was my second car from Northtown kia. I had a 2012 forte and wanted to upgrade. James was very nice and honest with me. Once he knew what I wanted he didn't try to push me into anything else or talk me into any warranties I didn't need.The test drive to the final paperwork went smoothly and I didn't spend hours at the dealership. I would highly recommend James to anyone looking for a stress free car buying experience. He was great!
