We were super nervous to even try and get a vehicle as we have had some credit problems. Smooth deal. Arrived with my family. No pressure test drive (they let us load up and drive around town about 20 minutes without a sales associate) I’m still here. The add ons were removed without a fuss (they added no value to us). We asked for a warranty but needed to keep our payment reasonable. They accommodated. Did what they could on the trade and got us a good warranty at their cost. Please remember when buying a used car there is much less margin for a discount. You have to let them make a little money as long as they meet all your needs and put you in the situation that makes sense for you. They ticked every box and had us out in a couple hours total. If they have the car you want. Give them a chance to earn your business.

Owning a luxury vehicle can be a very complex experience, it requires one to have an outstanding team of professionals that will accommodate your needs.
