Went in to test drive a used palisade and left in a new Santa Fe. Taylor was my salesman and he was amazing! Took care of me and made sure I left in a safe and reliable vehicle for my family and I! 10 out of 10 would recommend Northwest Hyundai and 100 out of 10 recommend Taylor! So happy with this experience!

I walked into this Hyundai dealership with expectations — and they exceeded every single one of them. I wanted a brand-new Palisade, and that’s exactly what I drove off in — no down payment, no pressure, no games. I’ll be honest, my credit wasn’t the best, but they still worked with me and made it happen. Where do they even do that?! From start to finish, I never once felt rushed or pushed. The entire team was patient, transparent, and genuinely focused on helping me leave happy — and I absolutely did. This dealership did not give “just trying to make a sale” vibes at all. They ran numbers, reworked them, and truly worked as a team. They really put the T in TEAM. Joel was phenomenal — he stayed locked in, hammered the numbers, and made sure everything worked out perfectly. And a huge shoutout to Salesman Mangue — his communication, professionalism, and attention to detail throughout the entire process were amazing. He made the transaction smooth, clear, and stress-free from beginning to end. Hands down, this was the best dealership experience I’ve ever had. I recently purchased a 2026 Palisade from Northwest Hyundai. Kamryn was my sales guy, and he noticed me wandering the showroom before sales even opened. I had just dropped my Santa Fe off for service, and I thought I would look around while waiting on my ride. He helped me find the perfect car and helped me add the Midnight Package to make it absolutely perfect. So while it is white right now, when I pick it up, it will be wrapped black! Finance was a smooth process. Parker was my finance guy, and he worked hard to get me the best rate. I have also used their service department a couple of times for oil changes and recalls. Chris, my service technician, has always been very attentive and takes good care of me. It’s a great dealership if you are looking for a new ride. :) I wasn’t… but drove out with one anyway!

Had sush a wonderful experience at Northwest Hyundai. Eddy was our sales guy and he was hands down the best. He treated me and my family wonderfully did everything he could to find and place us in the perfect vehicle. He was so patient and understanding with what we wanted and needed. Even after I came home he continued to help me with the bluelink to my vehicle and any questions I had. He really took cate of us from being to end. I would really recommend Northwest Hyundai if you want to feel heard, valued and not just another sale walking in the door.

Veronica was initially my salesman. Her communication was absolutely horrible!! She screamed at me, snatched paperwork from my hand, kept over talking me, couldn’t explain the details on the paperwork before I signed, turned her back to me and even walked off while I was talking trying to get a clear understanding, being that this is my first car buying experience. She was by far the worst salesperson I’ve ever encountered. I was there for literally 14 hours!!!! Got there at 9 am, didn’t get to test drive a car until 6:30 pm, and when I finally got to test drive………..THE CAR RAN OUT OF GAS ON THE OPPOSITE SIDE OF THE FREEWAY!!!!! Not to mention my 2 children were with me!! Didn’t get an apology for that, but I did get a bunch of sniggles when she finally came to get us off the side of the road. Had to wait 26 minutes literally standing on side of the highway bc I was too afraid someone would plow into the back of the car. After that, I didn’t leave the dealership until 10:30 pm. I was the first person there and the last to leave. And guess what……..Left in the old car I went there in. Veronica came running outside to the car as I was transferring my belongings into the new car saying “OMG YOU FORGOT THE INSURANCE”………….Please explain to me how did I forget to do Veronica’s job? The entire time we were there, she never offered me or my children anything to eat or drink. I actually DoorDashed my kids something to eat and even offered to buy her something. But after one of the salesman seen us still there, he came to me and offered to buy us something to drink and offered us firehouse subs. He was not helping me at all, but noticed that I had been there before he clocked in and was very kind to ask me. I wish I remembered his name. But that Veronica lady shouldn’t even be in that line of business! She’s very unprofessional and she’s extremely lucky I changed my ways bc the way she handled me I would’ve snatched her up!! Since having the car, I’ve had more issues with getting in touch with anyone concerning my finance payments. No one will help me with figuring it out. I swear I really wish I would’ve invested my money somewhere I felt appreciated, seen, comfortable, & communication. It’s really frustrating, sad, and disappointing that a huge business like this has so much unprofessional behavior. The signs were there, I was in a desperate state and needed a new car and didn’t take heed of what I was experiencing. I’m now trying to get the corporate management contact information bc I can’t even pay my car note. I wish I could protest up there & ppl would turn around and not get bamboozled.
