We stopped by Northwest Lexus randomly and met with Tony & Gagan. Both were very kind and helpful, we didn’t have concrete plans of switching cars but they helped us get a great deal that we couldn’t refuse. Throughout the process, Gagan was very attentive with strong communication skills. He answered all the questions we had in a timely manner and worked hard to get our business. He never came across as aggressive or pushy but rather polite and worked with our plans to ensure we make the right move. I highly recommend meeting with Gagan & Tony if you have any plans of bringing home a Lexus as these two will earn your trust and help you get a great deal on whatever you are looking for.

Mr. Mukesh Das was our salesperson when you bought our 1st 2023 Lexus NX350H with Executive Package in 2023. Since we had a very good experience with our 1st service from Mr Mukesh we still had him as our salesperson for our 2nd purchase on April 21.26 of Lexus NX450H+F3 SPORT. Whenever we stop by to the dealer for anything he always greets us very nicely with a smile and always willing to help. He is very polite, knowledgeable, and respectful of our time. And whenever we ask him if there is anything new he is always happy to give us advise and he has lot of patience. He is very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful rather than pushy. This is the best Lexus dealership in the GTA with an excellent inventory. I was told at another dealer I’d have to wait for 6 months to a year for a plug in NX so I thought I’d give this location a try. Turns out they had one coming in within a few weeks! I had one of the best customer service experiences at this dealership of my life. It’s hard to find customer service of this quality anymore. Sumit was very responsive, professional and knowledgeable. He went well out of his way to respond to messages after hours and to ensure I got the exact specifications I wanted. Melo made the financing process unbelievably easy and was also a pleasure to work with. I can’t recommend this dealership enough!
