I don’t write reviews often but had to for this shop. Shane and Keith were very kind, helpful, and skilled. Shane took a lot of time finding a seat online and in his shop that would work for me and offered the seat + install at a very reasonable price. Within a week, my seat was installed exactly how I envisioned. Extremely happy with my experience here and highly recommend these guys. Don’t hesitate to give them a call for your vehicle seating needs!

Nina Jones helped me through the process of getting a wheelchair van for my father via the VA. The process was long and she was extremely patient with my questions and very knowledgeable.

I needed a mobility van in California and I searched the internet and found this place in Oregon. Nina is AWESOME and I would give her more than 5 stars if I could. She knew about every type of van and, after I told her about my situation, she found the perfect van at a great price for my family. It was delivered a couple of weeks ago and I couldn’t be happier!! I’ve purchased about 25 new vehicles in my life (including boats, trailers, RVs, and tractors) but had by far the most enjoyable experience buying from Nina at Northwest Mobility. It was like she was on our side from the start; there was no typical hardball sales BS. She worked with us on getting the right equipment and discounting where possible. Now my brother is driving his mobility van and independent once again!
