The guys down there were real nice. My ability to get my loan with somewhat questionable. The guys on the floor and in the office did a lot of work to find me a solution. I love my new truck! They even topped off the gas tank before I left.

I went into the dealership today in hopes of selling my car in the coming months with little idea about what to expect. I was testing the waters locally, Chris helped me with sincere attention and care. Definitely ask for his help. It was refreshing to not feel like it was a competition, he gave me great advice on how to get my car presentable for sale. He also showed me how to handle a sale smoothly with the dealtership if I were to go through with it. It didnt feel rushed. Felt like a chat, thanks again for your help Chris!

My wife and I were extremely pleased with the great service and professionalism we received from the team at Northwood Chevrolet. Mark, Dmitry, Adam, Chris, and Joel made our car buying experience a pleasure. They did not have the exact car on the lot that we were looking for. This was no big deal. They did a dealer trade with another Hyundai dealer from down south the next day and drove it back up to Eureka. There is NO need to go out of town. This dealership goes above and beyond! I leased a car from them and did the transaction remotely, as I’m based in the Bay Area. Pricing & negotiations were straightforward and comms with my salesperson, Hunter, were clear. He responded to any questions that I had almost immediately via email or text and occasional phone calls. What I truly appreciated was that Hunter made himself available on a Sunday, where the dealership is normally closed, for me to fly up and pick up the car. If you’re looking for a new car, and a Hyundai in particular, I’d highly recommend Northwood and Hunter.
