Stopped in Friday morning to look for a Ford Bronco Sport. Bill Wolfsmith met me as I stepped out of my truck and asked if he could help. He patiently listened as I told him what I was looking for, walked me through the process step by step, took me out so I could test drive the vehicle I was interested in and by 2 that afternoon I was signing papers on my "New to me" beautiful green Bronco! Called today regarding a potential recall on a Maverick I purchased in Merrill. (I now live closer to Minocqua). They were very helpful in looking up my VIN for me and determining if my vehicle was affected, despite not purchasing the vehicle from their dealership. I genuinely appreciated their willingness to assist me and the explanation given regarding the recall.

Exceptional sales experience. Stopped in to just complete the next step in my process of moving from on-line intel gathering to see what? If? How? The dealership experience would be? From the minute I met Bill things started to click. And it was a very short amount of time before I found myself meeting with Justin. They located a truck I was interested in. Had it here from another dealership within 2 days. Basically insisted I take it for an overnight test drive. And the deal was done. I maybe spent a total of one hour in the dealership over three stops. Great team. Gave me what I wanted/expected for my trade, plus they made it so I could transfer some of my old accessories to the new vehicle. . .saving me significant time, hassles and money. Great experience. The whole team over here at Northwoods Ford does a great job. My new EV car purchasing experience was seamless. They even let me take the car home the day before "closing" to get buy-in from the better half. Haven't had to test their service yet, but I'm sure it will be just as good.

This was a very pleasant experience. Kendra went above and beyond to get us behind a nice car!! Management was thorough and explained things clearly and gave us recommendations to help carry us better through the duration of the car!!
