Overall, a very smooth and pleasant experience at Nucar. I worked with Blaine, who did a great job helping me land a deal that I felt was fair on a new truck. He was friendly, knowledgable, and straightforward throughout the process. Like any dealership, unfortunately expect the typical back-and-forth. Their initial trade-in offer was definitely a lowball, but they eventually came up to a fair value to get the deal done. They also had dealer add ons worked into the initial number sheet, but they labeled the line items very clearly as “optional” and there was no pushback when I asked to remove them, which I appreciated. As for the delivery, it was seamless and I was able to drive the new truck home the same day, which I really appreciated. Joe in the finance office was great too. He answered all my questions, clearly explained everything, and best of all wasn’t pushy when it came to the warranties and add ons. You still need to be aware of common dealer tactics like you would anywhere else, but the team here was ultimately very transparent throughout the process, which made for a much better experience than most other dealers. I would definitely buy from Blaine/Nucar again!

Recently bought a 2022 GMC Sierra Elevation. Blaine and Mike were very helpful throughout the process and made it an easy experience to go from old to newer. Truck was prepped clean and neat and ready to go.

He was very informative, patient, and was not pushy AT ALL which was a huge plus for me shopping alone as a woman. The manager, Mike, was able to negotiate a great price and I felt great about the deal we made. The day I was supposed to trade in my car and get the new car, my old car stopped working completely. They worked with me and were so reasonable, I got the car towed here and they took only a very small amount off. I felt like it was a more than fair deal. Mike and Adryan were both patient throughout the process and helped me figure out some big problems. I would recommend anyone shop there and specifically ask for Adryan & Mike! Very very happy

Inquired about a vehicle online and had someone reach out via text. Made an appointment with Steven who was great to work with. Due to work schedule I couldn’t come in for a week but he had no issues with that. Was on time for the appointment and brought up multiple vehicles for test drive that I was deciding between. No pressure was put on making a deal or even decisions that day. The price of the truck I was looking at had go up over the course of the week before my appointment but honored the original lower price I had seen the weekend before. Additional dealer options were on the initial sale document but was told I could have them removed with no issues and they did remove them. Steven kept me up to date via sms which I said I had preferred. Once the truck arrived at the dealer I was able to pick it up the next afternoon, was in an out in under 30 minutes. One of the easiest and least stressful car buying experiences I have ever had.
