I have been bringing my Tahoe here for service since I purchased it two years ago. All of the service advisors have been excellent, and my appointments have always run smoothly—up until recently. I had one particular appointment that was significantly delayed, and there was a lot of miscommunication. I’m not sure how everything unraveled so quickly that day, but I began to feel discouraged. However, William Recko, the Service Manager, stepped in immediately to resolve the issue. He even made a couple of calls to help expedite my service. His lead mechanic was also willing to listen—not only to my concerns but to those of my colleague as well. I truly appreciate the mechanic’s willingness to listen and the Service Manager’s accountability, especially during a time when customer service often feels nonexistent. Tim, my service advisor, has also continued to be stellar. I appreciate the entire team at NuCar Woburn for consistently going the extra mile. I look forward to many more years of great partnership.
