On May 18, 2026, Nucar Ford of Lebanon printed an official purchase proposal locking my trade at a guaranteed $34,000 allowance for an advertised 2023 Ram 1500 Laramie (Stock #N6100424A). Only 1.5 hours later, they claimed the vehicle was suddenly "sold underneath me." I immediately ran an undercover tracking call to Nucar St. Albans, VT, where the truck was physically located. The salesperson stated it was active on the lot and available. While on a live hold, Nucar’s automated CRM system text-messaged my device: "...stock #N6100424A. It's currently available... Is there a day and time that works to come see it?" Instantly following this automated proof, the salesperson returned to the line and lied, claiming it had just sold an hour prior. A digital audit revealed Nucar intentionally maintained this phantom vehicle as a live public listing across retail networks in PA, MA, and NH for 5 consecutive days after my proposal to generate deceptive lead traffic. When escalated, the General Manager became combative and falsely claimed a printed corporate contract worksheet was a "misunderstanding" because it lacked a secondary signature. Nucar's Business Development Centers then deployed an aggressive phone dragnet, executing exactly 13 unrecorded calls to my device across eight regional prefixes in direct violation of written directives to communicate exclusively via email to preserve a legal record. This network utilizes active consumer deception, false availability pretexts, breached written covenants, and phone intimidation to dodge trade commitments. We were new to the area and need a new truck. Reached out to just about every dealer in a 50 mile radius. Some were good and some were less than good. Bokan was awesome. Zach Dezotelle @ Bokan was great. Made things super easy and very accommodating. We live an hour from the dealership so Zach was able to effectively communicate over text, email and phone so we only needed to drive up twice and the second time we drove home in our new Gladiator. Whole team up there got this deal done in under a week. Looking forward to working with them again.

I gave them one star because it won’t allow me to give them zero stars! We took our 2023 Dodge Ram 1500 to them for a tail light that wasn’t working (covered by warranty). They said they needed it for the whole day so I dropped it off the night before. The day of service they called to say it was ready for pick up and they found no issue with the tail light and it was working properly. Upon arrival home we noticed it still wasn’t working! I immediately called and spoke with the service person who had me email a photo of it not working and said he would call me right back. He never called me back! We made an appointment at Stone CDJR and brought it in for the tail light issue it was fixed I. An hour and the service person explained to me exactly what the issue was with a broken Wire he even said this is a common issue with these trucks! He gave me the keys and I was on my way ….. DO BETTER NUCAR

Everyone we met was so wonderful! Steve was very knowledgeable and had everything ready! The smoothest car transaction we’ve ever had. Frankie not only was amazing but made the finance side actually fun!!!! Steve was very patient and a great guy. We live in NY and wasn’t sure how the process would work. It was seamless. I spoke with Steve on the phone and he was very easy to work with. The very next day I drove over from Plattsburgh New York. When I arrived Steve had the Gladiator that I had been talking about parked front and center fully cleaned and ready to go. Absolutely no hassles on my trade in. Even more surprising absolutely no hassles with the purchasing process and even the licensing process in New York state. I'm very pleased with this experience, it's probably the best new car purchasing experience I have ever had.
