I had a really great experience with the sales and finance team at Nucar Hyundai Norwood. This is the 3rd car my family has gotten through this location between my dad, my husband, and now me, so clearly we keep coming back for a reason. I previously had a bad experience with another dealer elsewhere, but this Hyundai team has really changed my perspective on getting new cars. If you have the opportunity to work with Joel, you’re in good hands. He was extremely patient every time I came in, walked me through all of my questions, and made sure the numbers made sense. I came prepared with papers, lease comparisons, itemized costs, and a full list of questions each time. I’m not the easiest customer because I like to understand every single detail, but he never made me feel difficult or rushed even when I was re-calculating the lease deal at 6pm on the Friday of a holiday weekend! Cedric on the finance side also helped with 2 of my 3 leases. Signing all the agreements and going over the costs can take forever but he took the time to actually explain what I was signing and helped me realistically decide what I did or did not need for additional packages. He was thorough but efficient, which I really appreciated. I can’t say enough good things about both of them and the team. I highly recommend!

Recently purchased a vehicle on Valentine's day with Joel. Awesome experience. I haven't purchased a vehicle in over 10 years so I came with a lot of questions and probably some hesitation initially. Leasing our 2026 Hyundai Palisade was a very pleasant experience at Nucar Hyundai in Norwood. Our salesman, Quinntin, made the process very easy. The sales manager made us a fair offer for our trade, and the business manager reviewed our paperwork with us without dragging out the process any longer than it needed to be. The showroom, restrooms and waiting areas are also super clean! The car was ready when they said it would be and we could not be happier with it.
