Five stars, without question. We just bought a 2026 Murano from Nucar Nissan in Allentown and the pricing, and the entire experience, was the best car buying process I have ever had. Our salesperson, Sam Santiago, made everything smooth from start to finish. What set Sam apart immediately was communication. He was the only salesperson who actually delivered all the information on the car by email, clearly and completely, which made the whole process simple and easy. He worked with me to make sure we had every available discount, and he was completely transparent about the numbers, walking me through exactly how the deal was structured. On top of that, Sam even lowered the price to get the vehicle within our budget, which meant a lot and showed he genuinely wanted to help, not just sell. When we arrived at the dealership, Sam reviewed the features with us, then sent us out on a no pressure test drive by ourselves. That was awesome, it gave us the chance to really explore the vehicle without someone talking over the experience. Because we had already handled everything by email, after the test drive we went straight to finance. Nucar Nissan has the tech in place to make signing quick and painless, and there was zero pressure to add unnecessary warranties, paint protection, or any of the other junk that usually gets pushed. Most importantly, the deal was exactly what Sam and I agreed to, no tricks, no last minute surprises, and no hidden costs added in finance. We were in and out in under an hour, which is a welcome change from the usual all day dealership trap. After some truly terrible experiences at the Nissan dealer in our area, we will absolutely make the drive to Nucar for future purchases. Sam Santiago was outstanding, and I cannot recommend him, and Nucar Nissan in Allentown, highly enough.

Outstanding service from start to finish! I came in for a simple oil change and was honestly blown away by how smooth and pleasant the whole experience was. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional right from the moment I walked in. They explained everything clearly, didn’t try to upsell unnecessary services, and made sure I was comfortable while I waited. The service was quick, efficient, and done with care. you can tell they genuinely value their customers and take pride in their work. It’s rare these days to find a dealership that combines great customer service with honesty and efficiency, but this place nailed it. I’ll absolutely be coming back for future service and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a stress-free experience!

On July 2, 2025 I paid Nucar Nissan of Allentown ~$19,000 (2x blue book value) for a 2017 Rogue they advertised as passing a “multi-point inspection” and being a “dependable used car”. Within weeks I had to bring in my car for a check engine light which was deemed unfixable. During the next two months, I required TWO complete engine replacements under the extended powertrain warranty. The first time was due to a valve issue which could've been solved by an experienced mechanic, whil9e the second time a replacement was needed due to engine knock since no Youtube tutorial evidently exists to teach them how to fix faulty lifters. Those two repairs combined cost me $1,605.54 for out-of-pocket for rentals because Nucar refused any loaner or reimbursement despite their false advertising. After the first swap, one of their mechanics left a wrench between the hood and windshield; I found it days later when rain forced me to use the wipers. Following the second swap, the shifter cable was left loose, stranding me in their parking lot for over 40 minutes until a tech ran out to tighten it. Now, only 1000 miles after the second engine, the battery is dead and the alternator has failed. The Nissan Electronic Service Manual (CHG section) requires a charging-system inspection and battery voltage check after any major engine repair. Both repair orders prove Nucar never performed that test — not once.They now refuse to cover the battery and claim the alternator is on backorder "which could be months" even though the part is in stock at various outlets right now. This is not incompetence; this is systematic deception and negligent workmanship that has cost me thousands and left me without reliable transportation for half a year. I have filed with the Pennsylvania Attorney General, BBB, and will be in small-claims court next. I plan to share every detail of this experience — receipts, repair orders, photos, and communication across every major review platform, car forums, and local community pages until no one in the Lehigh Valley ever risks doing business with this dealership again. Avoid Nucar Nissan of Allentown at all costs unless you enjoy paying for your own repairs on a car they already “fixed” twice. This isn’t a dealership, it’s organized fraud hiding behind claims and fabricated reviews. Violated PA’s Unfair Trade Practices Law, FTC Used Car Rule, and every shred of human decency. Run, don’t walk, away from Nucar Nissan of Allentown. Absolute garbage. Edit: Nucar's feeble attempt at damage control with paper-thin excuses overlook two things: 1.) They absolutely make no attempt to show goodwill toward their customers at all, leaving them to drown. 2.) The 'certified pre-owned' claim is an absolute scam. Had Nucar actually inspected my vehicle prior to sale, almost all of these issues could've been avoided altogether. This time it was $373, I suppose I'll be seeing them next month as well until I can ditch this lemon. Thanks, Nucar!

Easily scheduled appointment, prompt HONEST service, appropriate price of service, excellent records kept, answers to all of my questions, very thorough with my inspection. Everything was explained to me and the visit was very personalized to my needs. 10/10

I was pleasantly surprised about how quickly I was able to make an appointment for service. I found that the process from making the first call for an appointment to check out worked like a well oil machine. They were very organized and clear. I felt “special “ as I was assigned my own advisor ( Charlene) who guided me through the process . Charlene was friendly, knowledgeable and professional! I will definitely have my car serviced here again!
